Next year is for me the "Big" year! As I'll start my life! And one of my biggest dreams is be a great chef and open my little restaurant! I'm a great chef! I cook since I remember and not long time ago I dicided to make a collage of Gastronomy as I still have to learn a lot of things.

In 2003 he was indicated as Member of British Empire from Queen Elizabeth! So I hope I can become a little Chef and soon you can eat on my restaurant!
